HOW MUCH
£50 per person
(This covers your food, non-alcoholic drinks, fun & activities for the weekend. It's a not-for-profit affair so all donations go back straight back into the festival!)

We'll be camping onsite before and will be packing up on Monday the 15th so please feel free to join us beforehand and leave gently after!)

WHAT
We'll eat, drink, dance & generally be merry in the woods.
Across the weekend there'll be plenty of fun that including
music, dancing, games, arts & crafts and plenty of other nice things.
HOW MUCH
We ask everyone to make a £50 donation to the party-pot.
This covers your main meals, tea/coffee, drinking water & all the activities fun for all three days!
All contributions go towards setting up the weekend and no profit will be made.
WHY
Our wonderful landlords have been kind enough to share their plot of woodland with us each summer since 2022.
In return for letting us throw a banging party we help to improve/maintain the land for them to
enjoy with their friends & family throughout the year.
It's all very wholesome.
We are excited to welcome you to our bar & restaurant: The Wardrobe*.
Expect delicious plant-based food, drinking water, tea, coffee & oat milk all included with your donation - lovely!
A modest selection of beers, wines, spirits & soft drinks will be on offer at cheap, cheap prices - card payments only.
We'll be serving:
Friday: Dinner
Saturday: Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner
Sunday: Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner
Please feel free to bring additional snacks/treats.
*it's not an actual restaurant or a licensed bar. but it's the next best thing.

8pm - very late
Costumes are a must and dancing is not optional.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE ON-SITE?
- Designated camping areas
- An eco-toilet
- Hand washing stations
- An outdoor camping shower with hot water
- A generator! Electricity for all!
- Kitchen facilities with fridge
- (Limited) Parking
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
- A tent & sleeping bag/blanket
- Warmer clothes for night-time partying
- A reusable bottle for water
- Anything else you might like to consume
RULES
Our landlords are trusting us to be responsible & respectful.
Please help us to do this by:
- Putting all litter/cigarette butts/recycling in the appropriate bins provided.
- Using the on-site eco toilet
- Staying within the plot boundaries as necessary - we have neighbours!
- Respecting the land and being nice to anyone you might meet

The nearest landmark is Go Wild at the Warren - TN6 1GW
BY CAR
Along the B2188 turn off into Go Wild at the Warren and you’ll find two locked gates with a logging area beyond - the campsite is a 5 minute drive from this point. We'll provide the codes for these gates and further directions nearer the time.
Please be warned: it's a very bumpy track from the main road - if you have a very expensive/low car, please consider getting a lift with someone else.
There is limited parking onsite so please let us know on the form if you'll be driving so we can allocate space.
BY TRAIN
Crowborough is (usually) a 1 hour 2 minute direct train journey from London Bridge.
The campsite is a 15-20 minute drive from Crowborough station.
We aim to connect people for carpool options via the whatsapp group nearer the time.
